Mission statement
MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS REVIEW is a peer-reviewed journal, issued biannual on June and December in online form (e-ISSN 2501-885X). Starting 2022, the journal is published 3 times a year (February, June and October).
Aiming to promote scientific research in management and economics area, to disseminate new knowledge, to stimulate critical thinking and also to meet the professional needs of readers, MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS REVIEW publishes innovative empirical, theoretical, review articles and studies using quantitative or qualitative approaches, focused on a wide range of topics related to management and economics science and practice:

MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS REVIEW continues the activity of the former journal Economia. Seria Management which was founded by the Faculty of Management from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania in print form in 1998 (ISSN 1454-0320) and in electronic form since 2000 (e-ISSN 2344-4436).
MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS REVIEW maintains the Editorial and Scientific Board, the publisher and the sponsor (The Management Academic Society in Romania – SAMRO) of Economia. Seria Management and is eager to become more identifiable to the international scientific community by performing under the new title! Previous volumes of Economia. Seria Management can still be found at the address http://www.management.ase.ro/reveconomia.
The journal is indexed and listed in the following databases and directories: Cabell’s Directory of Publishing Opportunities, RePEc (EconPapers, IDEAS, Socionet), EBSCO, EconLit, CEEOL (Central and Eastern European Online Library).
