  • Abstract: The growing population of Indonesia is increasing every year, which also leads to the growing need for people’s residences. Of course, this affects the financial sector in terms of mortgage loans. Therefore, this paper is a study of the factors that affect the distribution of mortgage loans in Indonesia. This study uses multiple linear regression with ordinary least square analysis with the variables Residential Property Price Index, Lending Rate Credit, and Gross Domestic Product as the independent variable (X) and distribution of mortgages as the dependent variable (Y). The data used in this study are the quarterly time series from 2009 to 2021. Based on the results, the variables Residential Property Price Index, Lending Rate Credit, and Gross Domestic Product have a significant influence on mortgage loan distribution in Indonesia. So, the hope is that the government and the banks can wisely set Lending Rate Credit based on the Gross Domestic Product level of their territory.

  • Abstract: Groups have attracted the attention of scholars and researchers for a long time. Many studies have been conducted on group dynamics, characteristics, behaviour, group members relations, and how demographical aspect influences group work. This study focuses on how one of the main elements of group – the size – affects people’s actions in terms of making decisions, with emphasis on teams. Conducting a systematic literature review on 68 studies which focus on group size effects from different perspectives, such as cultural, social, political, religious, educational, and organizational, it is revealed that most of the scholars propose that the smaller the groups are, the more effective they can be in performing common actions. However, this varies depending on the settings in which the teams operate. In this regard, sometimes large groups are more likely to be more productive than the small ones. When it comes to the organizational perspective of group size, the size effect in function of team success achievement has been considered. Studies suggest that teams are more likely to be successful when they grow in size. Yet, depending on what they do, there is an upper limit, after which, the size does not have any effect. In fact, it may even have a negative correlation – like an inverted U. Decision-making is a crucial process to reaching personal and collective goals. This process costs time and other resources, therefore, making it more effective is a never-ending ambition of organizations. This systematic literature review aims to analyze and synthetize the existing research work in the field and aggregate the so-far findings from different contexts in order to create a clear path for future research in this area. Conclusions suggest an optimal number of team members in different work settings which would benefit from effective decision-making. Future directions to scholars and recommendations to managers are given.

Developing websites for a better browsing experience, optimising logistics for faster delivery, offering a wide range of products at lower prices, or offering promotional offers to encourage customers to buy.
The study’s objectiveis to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of Algerian consumers in the context of e-commerce, in other words, the motivation and barriers that push or hold them back from adopting online shopping. We adopted the quantitative method, administered our online survey for a sample of 250 online buyers and non-buyers in order to know the reasons for not buying, the data were analyzed with the SPSS software. The results revealthat trust and satisfaction have a positive impact on the intention to shop online. Perceived ease and perceived usefulness in Davis’ (1989) model were also shown to have a positive impact on online purchase intention, as these platforms help them savetime.

  • Abstract: Non-profit Organizations (NPOs) have a wide range of social missions and impacts. This organization is supported by volunteers and needs to survive amidst competition and move in a sustainable direction. They see the necessity to be involved in the many stages of creating value for an organization. One of the underlying phenomena of value creation is the tacit knowledge-sharing process. However, academic research and scientific publications on tacit knowledge sharing (TKS) in non-profit organizations in Indonesia are still minimal and even rare. This paper aims to explore how tacit knowledge (TK) sharing occurred among volunteers in Non-Profit Organizations and drivers of TK sharing (TKS), including individual and organizational factors. This study explores the abovementioned topics through in-depth interviews with volunteers utilizing open-ended questions to acquire deep insights into the TKS issue. Thematic analysis has been carried out using data coding to extract themes. The findings revealed that various drivers for the smooth transfer of TK have been identified based on individual and organizational elements. These findings will be beneficial to academics and practitioners looking for accurate data on the enabling aspects of TKS based on two factors (individual and organizational). Moreover, the use of knowledge sharing in NPOs would be filling a gap in the literature on the topic.

  • Abstract: The emerging of globalization makes the importance of cultural intelligence (CQ) acknowledged both by researchers and practitioners. Therefore, many researchers have their focus on how to develop someone’s CQ. Although there have been many studies related to methods to develop CQ, but there are still few related to learning theories. whereas learning theories should become references when talking about teaching or developing someone including the development of CQ. Moreover, there is still limited research that tried to map or compare the method used to develop someone’s CQ. This paper will try to fill that gap. The paper used systematical literature review of papers related to CQ development. From the review, it was found that the method to develop someone CQ can be categories into traditional class, direct experiential, and indirect experiential. From the mapping process of the CQ development method into these categories, it is known that most of previous research focuses on using direct experiential learning process. However, there is no research of CQ development that combine the direct experiential and indirect experiential as well as combination of the three categories. Through those findings, this paper suggests some possibilities for further research that can benefit both the body of knowledge and people who want to develop CQ.
